Journal of Botany: being a second series of the Botanical miscellany (1834-42)

The Journal of Botany, edited by William Jackson Hooker (1785-1865), continued from where his previous periodical, the Botanical Miscellany (1830-33), had ended. Aside from a change in publisher, there is very little discernible difference between this periodical and its predecessor.
