A feature on citizen science for the Guardian Online has included a profile of the highly successful Zooniverse projects.

Professor Chris Lintott’s video on citizen science, explaining how anyone can contribute to scientific knowledge features in ‘Citizen science is making scientists of everyone‘ (The Guardian 10 March 2015).

An article by Professor Sally Shuttleworth, Professor Gowan Dawson and Professor Chris Lintott on the Constructing Scientific Communities project has been published in the Journal of Victorian Culture (Volume 20, Issue 2, 2015).

Dr Chris Lintott was interviewed by Jim Al-Khalili for BBC Radio 4’s The Life Scientific, where he discusses citizen science, astronomy, Galaxy Zoo, presenting The Sky at Night and working with the late Sir Patrick Moore.

Professor Chris Lintott has featured on BBC Radio 4’s Inside Science, taking part in a discussion on open access journal publishing with Fiona Godlee, Editor of the British Medical Journal and Lesley Anson, Chief Editor of Nature Communications.

Professor Chris Lintott has been awarded the Kelvin Medal and Prize by the Institute of Physics for major contributions to public engagement with science through the media and Zooniverse projects.

The Young Scientists Journal is written and edited exclusively by 12-20 year olds, and in 2016 reached its tenth anniversary year.
